What Do You Need To Enter The Giant Food In-Store Survey?

Every participant who is looking to take the Giant Food customer survey online must have a valid receipt.

A receipt that is not older than five days is a must; i.e., you must visit the www.talktogiantfood.com portal within five days of purchasing the item. The receipt will have the 20-digit PIN on it; you must enter such a number in the necessary field.

Giant Food In-Store Customer Satisfaction Survey Rewards

A drawing is associated with each entry period for both online and AMOE methods.

Five (5) prize winners will be selected per entry period; every winner will receive a $500 gift card to Giant Food.

The total ARV of all prizes for every entry period is 5 * USD 500 = USD 2500.

For three entry periods, 3 * $2500 = $7500.

  3. I tried to take your survey, and my pin is 11100922602140120109. I typed in the website address, and it kept telling me to use the website on my receipt. I did that 3x, but it just didn’t work. I use the Elizabethtown, PA, store, and I am extraordinarily dissatisfied. The store needs to stock appropriately. I asked for boar-head smoked ham, which they didn’t have. Then I requested the Giant Brand smoked ham, but they didn’t have that in stock. You no longer carry Morell liverwurst. Swiss Maid Diet Green was out of stock. Jello instant vanilla pudding was out of stock. Every time I go, there are several items I need help getting. It’s a good thing there is a Weiss in town. They are well stocked.

  5. On November 8, 2024, I shopped at store #748. I met Dave Lingebach and asked if he had fresh spinach and artichoke dip. He went to Fresh Foods, and they did not. We ended up finding an Alouette cheese version. Dave was helpful, friendly, and quick. I’ll miss Sherry, who was store manager until recently, but not as much having another kind and helpful manager replace her. Also, Mike in the dairy section was extremely helpful. I took his advice on how to freeze buttermilk, and it’s working out fine. He has a beautiful smile.

  6. Hi! I have shopped regularly at store 0774 in Arlington, Virginia, for a number of years now, and the staff there is terrific. I don’t know all their names, but Elsa always has a positive attitude as she monitors and assists with self-checkout, Mary is friendly and efficient if I have too many items for self-check, and the woman who is most often at the deli counter homes and smiles and calls everyone by affectionate names. Mohammed is able to inspire the same excellent customer service that we got when Mayat was the manager. Thank you!

  7. First, I need to apologize for the long delay in my thank-you to Dena. She is an especially nice person.

    At the end of July, I used the Giant store card to buy some fruit and vegetable products. This was part of a unique program through LifeBridge, where certain patients could receive a pre-approved amount monthly for free. It was attached to the person’s Giant store card, and up to the pre-approved amount would be paid for in order for the patient to receive free fruits and vegetables. I was shopping for my neighbour who is disabled. I went through the checkout after being told by my neighbour what the approved amount was. Unfortunately, it did not work, and just a couple of dollars were taken off as a reward. I could not pay for the items myself, so everything had to be returned to the store staff. Ugh!

    Dena was working the customer service desk that day. I apologized profusely for having caused such chaos. I explained the program to her and showed her a letter from LifeBridge explaining the program and how it worked. Because Dena has excellent customer service skills, I really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help me. I was getting stressed because I had caused such chaos, and Dena sensed my stress and used her “excellent customer service skills” to calm me down. Dena used her determination and persistence skills to figure out what had gone wrong. Once she figured it out, I felt much better. She discovered my neighbour’s store card number was missing some digits in the system, and that is why the pre-approved amount of money did not come off of the transaction. Dena listened to my concerns and addressed them effectively. She found the solution quickly and efficiently. Dena was so accommodating, and that was another skill she used to help me calm down.

    I returned to the store at the beginning of August and went straight to the service desk because I wanted to check the card first before I went through the line with groceries. Dena was working the service desk again. I asked her if she could check the Giant store card for me before I went shopping. Dena was so accommodating (again)! She pulled a bag of Romaine lettuce out and rang it up, totalled the bill, and scanned the card number. Then, it deducted the price and zeroed out the receipt, which is what it was supposed to do!! Woo hoo!! Dena went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Dena deserves a raise and a promotion!

  8. The cashier, Jakayla, was lazy, unprofessional and had a terrible disposition. I pushed my bread down the belt and didn’t bag my items up. Cursing at other staff members and complaining about leaving early.

  9. I went to the Giant on Joppa Rd (store 2334) in Baltimore, MD, yesterday. The location was clean and well-stocked. Simeon (the Cashier) was very nice and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me.

  10. I’ve checked out several times with cashier Chauncey at store #132 in Bethesda. He is an excellent employee. He is polite and helpful, and he is a master at adequately packing the bags I bring to take home the groceries. He is thoughtful about his work, and he always greets the customers and thanks them when they leave. He is a gem.

  11. Your self-checkout is an absolute nightmare, and it’s even worse when you don’t have anyone on the damn registers as an alternative. I wouldn’t shop at the Cherry Hill location in Silver Spring, MD, even if my life depended on it.

  12. I shop frequently at this Giant location and use the self-checkout almost exclusively. I have to say that Elsa is an exceptional employee and a welcoming presence in that section. She is always kind and says hello, sometimes going out of her way to do so. I have appreciated her and always look forward to seeing her when I go to the store.
